Pillar – Extension of Enterprise Agreement

The PSA met with Pillar management on 10 March 2016. We put our request for the Enterprise Agreement to be extended for the maximum period under the Fair Work Act. This is four years. We will accept 2.5 percent per year with the same conditions.

Pillar Management has said it will go to the wages policy taskforce to see what will be approved. Management will report back at the next bargaining meeting, which is on 24 March 2016.

Management also stated that it has met with the Advisor.

No time frame was given on the sale. Pillar Management is sending out a frequently asked questions document shortly.

The PSA is having a members’ meeting on Thursday 24 March 2016 at lunch time. We will discuss the issues in further detail then.
