The PSA has been consistently updating members about Pillar privatisation.  For previous PSA bulletins, please click HERE.

Unfortunately, the bill that enables the NSW Government to privatise Pillar has now passed the Parliament. The PSA will continue to push for an Enterprise Agreement which protects conditions of employment for four years, which is the maximum amount of time an agreement can last under the Fair Work Act.

After the offer of a 12-month Agreement that came from management, we asked them to go back and ask Treasury to seek a longer agreement. Pillar management are yet to respond.

Members on Common Law contracts who want advice will need to send their contracts to .
