The Association is calling for applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Membership Officer on the union’s staff. The successful applicant could be either a secondment or permanent arrangement.

Essential criteria

• Demonstrated commitment to union values
• Capacity to lead and supervise a team
• Background in delivering excellent customer service
• Experience managing and implementing operational change
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Broad desktop computing knowledge across a number of applications.
