Last week the POVB Executive met with CSNSW for the POVB Consultative.
One of the issues that was raised was that members are still experiencing problems with their increments being paid in a timely manner. Some members have had to wait up to six months to be paid their increment.
Payroll is blaming the Functional Managers who sign off the increment and the Functional Managers are blaming Payroll.
CSNSW is going to meet with members of the POVB Executive. They have requested that we get individual names and details.
Darren King, Thor Sutherland and Nicole Jess will be dealing with increments. Any member who is waiting for their increment to be paid, should email the three names above with your details please.
We will then give this list to CSNSW. CSNSW has stated that it will also have a representative from Payroll present at the meeting to get outcomes.
