The PSA has recently been formally notified on 12 August 2026 of a proposed Restructure Management Plan (RMP) within the Digital Strategy Sourcing and Assurance (DSSA) branch of the Department of Customer Service (DCS). This proposal includes the immediate closure of the Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SSRM) program and the deletion of three operational roles (2 x Grade 7/8 and 1 x Grade 5/6).
PSA raises preliminary concerns
Your union met with DCS representatives this morning to discuss the draft proposal. At this stage, the PSA is formally raising preliminary concerns with the department regarding the late notification of the restructure, workload management, and compliance with the new NSW WHS psychosocial safety standards. We have requested critical documentation—including the restructure’s Psychosocial Risk Assessment—to ensure your health, safety, and workloads are fully protected.
We need your feedback!
To ensure the PSA can robustly represent your interests and address these preliminary concerns constructively with management, we are requesting all affected members to review the draft RMP (found HERE) and provide feedback regarding any concerns, workload impacts, or operational risks you identify.
How to submit your feedback:
