Mardi Gras season kicks off this weekend and you’re welcome to help your union celebrate.

The festival commences this Sunday 16 February with Fair Day, which is held at Victoria Park, Corner of Parramatta and City roads in Sydney.

PSA President Nicole Jess, alongside union members and staff will be at the Unions NSW stall from 11:30am-1:30pm to talk to LGBTQIA+ union members. If you and your colleagues are attending, come and say hello, pick up some merchandise, or encourage a non-member to sign up.

Your union will be holding a Pride Conference later in 2025. A first for our union, this will be an opportunity for LGBTQIA+ members to get together to celebrate diversity, and to discuss industrial issues unique to the community. An expression of interest and survey will be sent out to all members soon.
