Are you a Delegate or active member aged 35 and under? Are you looking to level up your leadership skills in the union? Read on.

Your union has partnered with the Australia Trade Union Institute to create a course tailored to young activists in our branches all over the country. You will be building on your existing skills as a delegate and/or activist, and learning to develop essential leadership skills such as public speaking, presenting, and strategic planning.

Your organiser will work closely with you to make sure you’re getting the most out of your training, and to help you implement your organising goals.

The program days are 7-10 December 2021 (1:00pm-5:00pm)

Follow up days will be 24-25 February 2022 (1:00pm-5:00pm)

You are eligible for leave under the Trade Union Training clause of your Award or Agreement.
