PSA Dispute Update: Service NSW Customer Complaints Function restructure

In response to a request from Service NSW, the hearing before the Industrial Relations Commission has been adjourned to Monday, 15 April, 2024, with mutual agreement.

Service NSW has assured the Public Service Association (PSA) that no further recruitment actions will be taken during this adjournment period, pending conciliation.

The PSA will meet with the department this week to address concerns and seek resolution ahead of the hearing scheduled for next Monday.
