The annual People Matter Employment Survey (PMES) opened last Monday. The survey closes on 16 September 2022. Your union is asking members to complete the survey.

The PMES can provide an invaluable snapshot of staff views. These can be used to drive improvements in employee conditions and customer service. They provide useful statistics for union submissions on a whole range of employment-related matters. That is why it is the interests of members that the survey has a high rate of participation.

We know that employees of the Sheriff’s Office often have to plan tasks requiring computer access in advance, owing to the nature of their duties. We ask you to make an extra effort to take the time between now and the closing date to have your say.

We ask members to please ensure that any comments on the survey are delivered in professional language, out of respect for colleagues whose job it is to process the results.
