For more than 120 years the Public Service Association of NSW (PSA) has proudly fought to secure and advance the pay and working conditions of public servants in diverse roles across NSW Government departments, agencies and schools.

As a major public sector union working on behalf of fee-paying members in NSW, the PSA helps members in all aspects of their working lives. It provides support, expert advice and collective as well as individual representation with any difficulty that may be encountered in the workplace.
