PSA members who work at the Homes NSW Parramatta office are invited to join PSA organiser Rachel Eldred and delegate Theresa Khoury for morning tea this Thursday 20 August 2026.
The move to Marsden Street is close and the PSA wishes to reassure members that we are here for you every step of the way.
The PSA understands that management has completed a risk assessment and that a number of control measures are in the process of being put into place. That includes CCTV cameras and increased security in reception.
Nevertheless, members are understandably nervous about the move given the significant differences in site location and design. The PSA has raised a collective case for members to share any ongoing concerns as they move to the new premises.
Members can email the Member Support Centre and quote case number C10021941 in the subject line.
The PSA would expect management to promptly resolve any issues raised and to appropriately address any incidents so that members are supported and not blamed for management decisions.
Pop along to the lunchroom during your morning break to discuss further. There will also be an update about the new workers’ compensation reforms and what members need to do if they have a psychological injury at work.
