PSA Delegates have submitted your feedback to the NSW Ombudsman Executive regarding the draft Workplace Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Procedure.
You can read the full extent of the PSA’s feedback HERE.
PSA members provided extensive and detailed feedback. Of particular note, PSA members referred to the:
- Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins’ report Respect@Work
- The University of Glasgow’s UK report Bullying and harassment: a case of success
- The House of Representatives Standing Committee on Education and Employment report Workplace Bullying, we just want it to stop.
These documents formed the foundation of the PSA’s response to the draft policy.
We acknowledge the work your PSA Delegates did in collating your feedback, and providing a detailed response. If you have further questions, please contact your PSA Delegates.
