PSA: Working for ASTP members

Over the past few months the PSA has been talking to members about their everyday experiences working at the Department of Education – Assisted School Travel Program.

We have heard from members about the impacts of a wide range of workplace issues, including access to flex time and flexible work, workloads, temporary employment and being prevented from taking up acting and secondment opportunities that impact on their working life. 

The PSA will be working to fix these problems but first we must properly demonstrate how widespread they are and to do that we need to hear from the people that are experiencing them, you
