Your union met with management on 20 August 2020 for the fortnightly discussion in relation to current realignments and restructures within the Customer Service Cluster.
Current Restructure Management Plans (RMPs)
Service NSW Digital Middle Office is still in the external recruitment phase, with 21 roles to be filled.
In the Chief Technology Office (CTO) there are small number of temp roles due to additional unplanned volume. A Talent Pool will be activated.
Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) RMP is at the external recruitment phase, with interviews being scheduled for Grade 5/6 roles.
At Revenue NSW Digital, management has advised there have been more than 1,000 applicants for available roles. For current employees, a transition/handover period will run until 7 September 2020.
Other business
Consultation for Wave 2 of the CEI program has been delayed until mid to late September. As there are no other RMPs slated, the fortnightly meetings will be postponed for a month.
