The PSA would like to invite Horticulturists to join us for a Teams members’ meeting, as Wednesday’s meeting may not suit all field operations staff.

The PSA would like to discuss with affected horticultural members the proposed restructure of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust (RBGT).

At this point, the PSA has not had any discussions with RBGT management regarding the restructure.

The PSA understands the restructure affects all RBGT operations and the PSA will be seeking feedback from our members to provide a comprehensive response to the Draft Change Management Plan.

The PSA encourages members to share the meeting invitation with non-members to get a clear understanding the impact of the restructure will have on staff.
