SASS (LMBR) PSA feedback template – March 2016 (PDF version)

The PSA has developed a system to ensure the concerns of members (both systemic and urgent) are efficiently captured and communicated to the Department by the PSA.

This form will:

  • assist in our efforts to secure on-the-ground support for members with urgent on-site issues
  • place any systemic concerns before regular LMBR meetings with key Departmental decision-makers
  • help to continue to identify workload issues arising from LMBR.

The PSA strongly encourages current LMBR schools and pending deployment schools to advise of any new or ongoing issues using this form.

If you have an urgent issue you wish to bring to the Department’s immediate attention, it is important you identify your school.

In addition, the PSA encourages members to have a direct voice at PSA-Departmental LMBR meetings.

Please indicate your interest on the form also.

This form will be sent to LMBR and pending deployment schools on a fortnightly basis for completion.
