The PSA is aware that members who have been affected by the cyber-attack on Service NSW earlier this year will have now been notified by registered mail.
As the Department has acknowledged, the PSA also understands this can be a rather unsettling and disturbing experience for those who have been affected. We want to remind those members that there are a number of supports available to you at this time, most notably the Employee Assistance Program.
The PSA is in close contact with the Department and is raising members’ concerns as they are brought to our attention.
