Service NSW management denies unpaid work is a problem. But these unpaid minutes all add up, meaning members may work several hours for free in a month.

Now that February has come to an end, the PSA would like to remind members that once they complete the PSA’s fair pay logbook to please ensure that the logbooks are sent to the PSA. We can use them to demonstrate to Service NSW how widespread the problem is so the PSA can assist members in recouping wages for unpaid work.

Don’t forget that 18 March 2023 is the 10-year anniversary of the establishment of Service NSW. The PSA will be celebrating the essential work that Service NSW members d, to keep the state running.
