The PSA has been made aware of a proposed realignment within the Service Delivery Store in Store (SiS) Support Team which is currently under consultation with a two week period taking place from 28 November 2024 and closing on Wednesday 11 December 2024.

We would encourage members to use this opportunity and provide feedback on the proposed changes.

As part of the Service NSW Realignment Program for Wave 2, the position of Manager Alternate Channels, will move to the Service NSW Business Bureau in February 2025. Service NSW are proposing to realign the team to sit in Middle Office. The realignment of the reporting lines will also allow for cross pollination of the teams to build contingency in the Middle office and Store in Store functions.
