Service NSW has put a number of RMPS out for consultation in recent weeks.  PSA is providing feedback in relation to them and this bulletin is to update members who may be impacted or have general interest in what is happening in the area.

Customer Care Project,  SSS opt-in to CSS roles

The business is creating a new CSS role which they are inviting employees in this area to opt into. The role is at grade however travel is required as a component of the role.  You do not have to opt-in.  All team members will play a role in disaster recovery, whether as an SSS or as a CSS.  If you stay as an SSS you will not be asked to travel.

Projects, Partnerships and Insights (PPI) & Disaster Preparedness and Recovery (DRP)

This is a realignment.  There are no impacts to roles.

Service for Business – Business Concierge & Relationship Manager

This is a realignment. There are no impacts to current roles.  Staff can opt-in to the Business Concierge role. Consultation is being undertaken in relation to the Business Concierge role description.  Consultation closes on 7 November 2022.  If you have feedback you would like your union to submit on your behalf, please contact the Member Support Centre on or 1300 772 679 and quote call number 193594.

Service NSW has also advised that they are creating 45 roles in this area and staff are able to apply for them.
