The PSA has been advised that members may have had their rostered day off changed to coincide with a public holiday. The recent additional public holiday on 22 September 2022 for the National Day of Mourning is just one example of this practice which we understand has been occurring across a number of years.

Flexible working arrangements

The PSA would like to know if members have applied and been knocked back for any flexible working arrangements or have been told that they are not eligible to apply to work flexibly.

Cashless service centres

The PSA is concerned about consultation around centres going cashless. We would like to know which centres are operating as cashless or if you know if there are plans for your centre to go cashless.
