Share Your Feedback On Misconduct Procedure!

Your union invites your input on the draft Department of Customer Service (DCS) Misconduct Procedure, which has been released for consultation until Wednesday 17 April 2024.

Developed by DCS People & Culture, this draft procedure aims to formalise the misconduct and inquiry process, outlining potential actions in cases of suspected breaches by employees.

The procedure should ensure that the Department handles employee misconduct promptly, fairly, and in line with legislative requirements outlined in the Government Sector Employment Act and its associated Rules and Regulations.
