As we prepare for the upcoming Enterprise Bargaining process, we want to hear from you. Gathering your ideas and priorities before formal negotiations begin helps ensure that our bargaining reflects what matters most to members.
We are seeking suggestions on areas such as pay, workload, leave, job security, and other conditions of employment. Your input is completely voluntary and will help shape our bargaining position.
