The PSA has been working with members at Shared Services in Goulburn and Parramatta to gather information on workload issues across the state. The union has received feedback about increased workload on top of normal duties and changes in work without adequate consultation. This has been further impacted by staffing shortages, illness and staff needs, such as proper training, not being adequately met.
The PSA is looking to work with the Department for additional resources and is working to ensure a range of concerns raised by members are listened to and resolved. So that we can better understand member’s concerns, and where they are occurring, we have put together a survey that will help us to progress these important issues.
Tell us what you think
We want to hear from all members in Shared Services about how things are for you.
The survey is slightly longer than those we have sent in the past, but if you can spare just 5 to 10 minutes of your time it will help your union support the membership. Please fill in the survey HERE.
We will be using the outcomes of the survey to inform our discussions with the Department of Communities and Justice. The survey is completely confidential, and no individual respondent will be identified.
