The People Matter Survey has been released for the past couple of weeks now, and we encourage all of you to fill it out. The People Matter Survey allows you to have a say in your workplace, and highlight any issues that you currently see, whether it be with your managers, health and safety concerns, or other issues that you might be facing.
This is your chance to be completely honest as all results are completely anonymous. The PSA highly encourages you all to fill out the survey before the deadline of 2 July 2018. If you don’t have access to the link (as it should’ve been emailed out to you previously), contact HR and they will send one through to you.
The People Matter Survey is very useful to both members and non-members because it highlights where management is failing or doing well – primarily places that the union has been pointing out. With members like you filling out this survey, it can help cement these issues and ensure that management is more open to talking and negotiating around things that affect you.
The union only works when we work together – and this is a chance for your problems to be highlighted and listened to at the highest level. Not only that, but this report can (and has been) used to pressure management by the PSA and fight for more protections and services provided.
If you have any concerns that you would like to raise personally, I highly suggest that you contact the PSA MSC on 1300 772 679, where all matters will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
If you are a non-member and have any issues, we still suggest that you fill in the People Matter Survey, and then get in contact with us, or your local delegate about what the union can do for you.
What can you do?
