So…which direction are we headed?

Parramatta 19 to 21 August

PSA staff and delegates will be in the Parramatta area from 19 to 21 August to meet with members and potential members and listen to your concerns about cuts to public sector jobs and the impact on services.

2014 has a been a year of great change for the NSW public sector with the introduction of the Government Sector Employment Act and the implementation of the Government’s Decade of Decentralisation agenda along with an on-going program of mass indiscriminate job cuts and privatisation.

The fact the State Government clearly has no plan for the future provision of public services despite the rapidly increasing population in NSW is a paramount concern.

We would like to know your thoughts on the public sector job cuts, the impact this is having on the delivery of services to the community and what you would like done about that situation.
