Union meeting for Northern Beaches members

Union meeting for Northern Beaches members

  23 October 2026

Your workplace. Your voice. Your bargaining priorities.

The CPSU NSW invites members working in Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Northern Beaches group homes to come along, meet your Organiser and Delegates, and have a conversation about the current bargaining process.

This is an opportunity to discuss the issues that matter most to you, share your workplace experiences and help shape the priorities that will inform bargaining for better working conditions.

Meeting details
Date Wednesday 28 October 2026
Time 11.30am-1.30pm
Location Courtyard room, Dee Why RSL
932 Pittwater Road Dee Why

Tea, coffee or a soft drink will be provided.

CPSU Organiser Alex Sala will be there alongside your workplace delegates to hear from members, discuss current industrial issues and answer questions about the bargaining process.

What can we talk about?

Whether you have a specific concern or simply want to hear the latest bargaining updates, drop in for a chat about:

  • CPA bargaining: Discuss the current log of claims and the issues members want prioritised.
  • Workplace concerns: Raise issues affecting your day-to-day work, including workloads, staffing and working conditions.
  • Your rights and entitlements: Learn more about the support and representation available through your union.
  • Strengthening our collective voice: Share your experiences and discuss how members can work together to achieve better outcomes.

Your feedback matters. Strong bargaining starts with members having a say about what needs to change in their workplaces. The more we hear from members, the better placed we are to advocate for the improvements that matter to you.

What does the CPSU NSW do?

Your union works to protect your rights, improve working conditions and ensure members have a collective voice by:

  • Advocating for your rights and entitlements at work.
  • Negotiating for better pay and conditions through collective bargaining.
  • Supporting members with workplace and industrial issues.
  • Representing members’ interests when workplace concerns arise.
  • Providing access to a range of member benefits, including journey insurance.
