Through information, discussions and practical exercises, we will:

  • get to know WHS law
  • look at duties, rights, and protections
  • find out the what, when and how of your employer’s duty to consult with workers
  • do a workplace inspection and risk assessment
  • find out about HSRs – who they are, how to get them, and their powers and functions in the WHS space.
