At the last Joint Consultative Committee Meeting the PSA was advised of a restructure of the Performance Audit Team. The PSA delegates sought feedback from members and this and relevant questions have been put to management.
This week we were advised of changes to the Technology Services area. We understand that the proposed changes have been provided to staff and that consultation goes through until 10 December. If members have any issues that you wish the PSA to address with management, please let us know.
Under your award the employer is required to consult with the union. We, in turn, ensure that we support and represent our membership through strong communication and consultation.
