Victim Services - Working from Home and Flexible Working Hours - March 2020 (pdf version)

Following our bulletin sent out on 17 March 2020 in regard to flexible working hours when working from home, the PSA contacted the Commissioner who has confirmed that there has been no direction given by her to work standard hours.

This again demonstrates the importance of you as members in bringing these issues to the table to ensure correct advice is given.

The PSA has also raised with the Commissioner staff well-being in relation to distressing calls and we have been advised that Team Leaders now conduct a daily debrief after 5pm.

The Commissioner assured the PSA that during this COVID-19 pandemic, staff well-being is paramount.

If members have received contrary advice, please contact the PSA.
