Role Description – Change to essential requirements

Recent changes notified to Victims Services by NSW Police now require members who access the COPs database as part of their role to have a baseline security clearance.  This includes Senior Assessors/Assessors and Legal Officers and clearances have been completed or are in progress.  This is to be paid for by Victims Services.  Role descriptions will be amended to reflect the new essential requirement.

As part of consultation with the Victims Services, members are encouraged to contact the PSA if they are any concerns or feedback they would like conveyed to the Commissioner.
