Next steps

The CPSU NSW executive have endorsed this pay offer and encouraging our members to vote YES.

In the first year, the package provides a backdated above inflation increase in hourly pay.

Based on current and predicted movements in inflation the package should deliver real wage growth over the life of the agreement. The last pay rise for the public service was a 10.5 per cent package over 3 years, Serco’s is 12 per cent over 3 years.

What happens if I vote no?

If the Supervisors vote down the proposed enterprise agreement, Serco have advised the CPSU NSW it will withdraw the current package and will not consider any further discussions involving back pay.

The CPSU are encouraging you to vote Yes.
