Pillar Enterprise Agreement ballot update – June 2016 (PDF version)
On Thursday, 16 June, 2016, Pillar gave notice of a ballot for a new Enterprise Agreement. It is only a one-year agreement and gives no protection of conditions after that. Furthermore, no pay rise is locked in beyond a 12-month period.

The PSA seeks a four-year agreement in order to give members greater certainty. We are concerned a new private employer will seek to attack conditions of employment. We are therefore seeking greater protection by seeking a longer agreement.
We urge members to vote “No” to the agreement.
The ballot opens on Monday 27 June at 12:01am and closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday 29 June.
