Members will recall that for ADHC staff covered by the Crown Employees (FACS) Residential Centre Support Services Staff Award and Crown Employees Ageing, Disability and Homecare NSW Department of FACS (Community Living) Award, the PSA won these conditions:
- Salary increase of 2.5% from 1 July 2017
- Rostering principles
- Special paid leave.
We can now further advise that the pay increase and back pay from 1 July will be paid on 5 October.
For those members who have already transferred, the back pay will be paid by FACS and not by your new employer.
