Following the announcement of the NSW Budget last week the PSA met with the Deputy Secretary Engagement, Operations and Governance and the Chief People Officer to be provided with the briefing that staff received on Thursday 21 September and information pack for the proposed change plan.
As the current proposal is substantial with the potential for up to 76 roles to be lost from Investment NSW the PSA strongly encourages members to engage with the consultation process which is currently open through to 13 October 2023.
In addition to this, the PSA will meet with DEIT senior management on a regular basis as the consultation and then implementation of the change management plan takes place. The next scheduled meeting is for 11 October 2023.
To facilitate discussions at the next meeting with DEIT management we will also hold a PSA Members Meeting on Thursday 5 October 12:30pm – 1:30pm via TEAMS.
