Fire & Rescue – Media and Communications Restructure – May 2019 (PDF version)
As members will be aware, FRNSW are restructuring media and communications. The PSA met with Peter Chung (manager HR advisory services) and Jodie Camden (Manager, Industrial Relations) of FRNSW earlier this month. They provided the PSA the two documents regarding the restructure. They can be found HERE.
A number of members have already contacted the PSA about the proposed changes. Although the job losses are limited, it is important that members raise any concerns that they have with the new structure or the change process itself with the PSA.
What can you do?
- Ask a work colleague join the PSA today
- Make the union strong by forwarding this bulletin to your colleagues
- Attend PSA meetings at your worksite
- Get involved become a PSA Delegate
