Health Professional Councils Authority (HPCA): proposed flexible working policy

The Health Professional Councils Authority (HPCA) has released a proposed new Flexible Working Policy for consultation.
Members are encouraged to review the attached documents carefully and provide feedback through the union consultation process.
Attached are:
- The proposed Flexible Working Policy;
- The current HPCA Flexible Work Policy; and
- Misalignment analysis
The proposed policy may have significant implications for working arrangements, including access to flexible work options, management approval processes, operational expectations, and consistency across teams and classifications.
The union is seeking member feedback to help inform our response to HPCA and ensure that members’ views, concerns, and priorities are properly represented.
The consultation period closes on 28 May 2026.
