Housing Contact Centre: Your conditions, your say!

As many of you would be aware your conditions of employment are governed by the Housing Call Centre Operators Agreement as well as the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Award 2009.

The Housing Call Centre Operators Agreement sets out the specific rights and entitlements that apply in your workplace including the rostering arrangements, hours of work and overtime.

Have your say on your conditions of employment!

The Agreement is now up for negotiation, and we are gathering information and feedback on areas you would like the PSA to look at.

The PSA would like feedback from all members at the HCC regardless of whether you are currently covered by this agreement including Client Service Officers (Call Centre Operators), Senior Client Service Operators (Call Centre Supervisors), Team Leaders and Real Time Analysts.

It takes only a few minutes to fill out the survey and all responses will be kept strictly confidential.  No individual respondent will be identified.
