As members are aware, an inquiry is being conducted by Justice into complaints raised by individuals at Victim’s Services, particularly relating to:
- Bullying and recruitment
- Procurement and expenditure
- Workplace culture.
The PSA is in contact with the Department about this inquiry and will advise members of information received.
The PSA is the official employee representative. The department is obligated to consult with the union about major workplace changes.
We encourage members to contact PSA staff with concerns about the above Inquiry, or with questions more generally about matters in the workplace. Advocacy during on broad issues such as this inquiry is done anonymously on behalf of all members.
