The PSA met with the CEO of NSW Trustee and Guardian last week and within this meeting the CEO outlined changes which will align the Public Guardian and Estate Management Division to Local health District Team. Further, the CEO advised that this realignment was a matter of reappointing individuals.
Importantly this means there are no changes to role descriptions, but rather changes to reporting lines.

As advised by the NSW Trustee and Guardian support functions within the Public Guardian and Estate Management will be subject to change management at the end of the financial year and will be subject to consultation with the PSA.
