Pillar Administration Enterprise Agreement 2015
Administration Enterprise Agreement 2015 (PDF version)
The PSA confirms the outcome of the recent ballot for the Pillar Administration Enterprise Agreement (2015) as follows:
- YES – votes approving the Agreement: 165 (53.75%)
- NO – votes opposing the Agreement: 142 (46.25%)
In light of this, the PSA has applied to the Fair Work Commission seeking a discontinuance of the Protected Action Ballot Order (PABO), which we anticipate will be granted.
The new Pillar Administration Enterprise Agreement will provide Pillar staff with a 2.5 percent salary increase, backdated from 1 July, 2015 and extending to 30 June, 2016.
Prior to the end of this agreement, the PSA will again consult with members before commencing negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement for Pillar staff. If you would like to be a part of that process, please contact your delegates. This will be the opportunity to seek to achieve things which were not achieved in this agreement.
The PSA would like to thank all members who participated in this process. We gratefully acknowledge the assistance of your Pillar PSA delegates and bargaining team.
To ensure the continuation of your entitlements and in seeking improved agreements, we need to build a strong workplace presence. Please discuss bargaining with non-union colleagues and invite them to join.
