The POVB Executive is fielding large amounts of emails and phone calls from casual staff who have not been successful in getting onto the talent pools for permanency.

There is no industrial instrument to challenge or appeal the decisions of the recruitment process.

There is a current external recruitment process being conducted by CSNSW and our advice to any casual officer who missed the Expression of Interest for Casual to Permanent or who was not successful in the EOI process is to apply through this process.
