PSA General Assistant and Farm Assistant Conferences: action required now!

We need your attention on this.
July Registrations are currently low across all locations for the General Assistant (GA) and Farm Assistant (FA) Conferences. We understand everyone is flat out and it’s easy to think “I’ll get to it later”. But we’re at a point where that delay could cost us these conferences altogether.
If numbers don’t improve, events may be cancelled. This could also put future GA/FA conferences at risk.
What you need to do NOW:
- Speak with your Principal
- Get approval
- Register immediately — don’t leave it
Key Dates
We’re asking members to act by Friday 22 May, with the final cut-off on Friday 29 May.
A lot of effort has gone in to make this happen with your elected PSA delegates and supporting union industrial staff, along with Learning Delivery staff working hard behind the scenes. Now we need members to back it in.
Sessions reworked based on GA/FA feedback
These sessions have been reworked based on your feedback, with a new format and real focus on practical value. They are a chance to connect with other GAs and FAs, share experiences, and pick up useful skills that support both your day-to-day work and your own development. Just as importantly, strong attendance shows that we take our roles seriously and are committed to improving outcomes in our schools.
