Public Service Association Member Support Centre: closed 1:00pm Friday 5 June

The Public Service Association Member Support Centre will be closed from 1pm this Friday, 5 June 2026 and will reopen on Tuesday, 9 June 2026 at 8 am.

Members are able to leave a detailed voicemail on 1800 772 679 which will be picked up by our transcription software and a Member Support Officer will be in touch with you upon our return on Tuesday 9 June.

When leaving your voicemail please remember to provide as much detail as possible:  name, member number, employer, outline of issue so that your matter can be allocated to a Support Officer as soon as possible.

The Member Support Centre also reminds members that we are currently trialing longer phone line opening hours from 8 am to 6pm and welcome your feedback in this regard.
