Members may be aware the Public Service Association (PSA) collated feedback regarding the Technology and Digital Services (TDS) restructure. The PSA submission included 90 questions.
The PSA requested Legal Aid management to formally respond in writing by close of business 4 November 2026. Members can access the previous bulletin including the PSA submission here.
Legal Aid management has responded to the PSA submission.
The PSA sought time release and a venue to hold a member meeting to discuss the management response. Legal Aid management agreed to this request.
Since then, the PSA has received a request to have the meeting virtually and to hold the meeting as soon as possible.
While the PSA’s rules require seven days’ notice to hold a member meeting, given the request to bring forward a meeting of TDS members, a meeting will be conducted lunchtime on Tuesday 10 November 2026.
Given the short time frame for TDS members to receive the meeting notice, please circulate this bulletin to members to help raise awareness and increase inclusiveness for attendance.
