Members would be aware of the Service NSW decision to unilaterally change the rostering arrangements for driver testers in their correspondence dated 7 July 2017.
The PSA has provided a response to that correspondence and can be viewed HERE.
The PSA has sought that the unilateral decision be rescinded as we assert that the current long standing rostering arrangements fit within the Service NSW Award.
The PSA does not consider that an application of a Workforce Management System (WFM) should be an inhibiting factor in continuing with these long standing arrangements.
The PSA has meetings with Service NSW with regard to the WFM system on 13 July 2017 and will provide updates on the situation.
