Since last year the PSA has been engaging with TfNSW on workload issues in TSS.  As we indicated in our members meeting on 13 January 2022 we have been awaiting a written response from TfNSW.  Last week TfNSW provided a paltry written response.

The response from TfNSW continues to obfuscate matters in an apparent attempt to cover their tracks.

Not only does the response contradict our meeting where TfNSW stated there was no restriction to three flex days, it does not address the various requests from the PSA for information and involvement in the implementation of the Payroll and Personnel restructure.

It is in our view an unsatisfactory response that should not have taken 6 weeks to develop. Subsequently, the PSA is exploring notifying TfNSW of a dispute in relation to flex time and regarding the lack of continued consultation in the Payroll and Personnel restructure.
