The PSA/CPSU has again written to Australian Unity seeking clarification on award increases slated for administrative employees covered by the Crown Employees (Home Care Service of New South Wales – Administrative Staff) Award 2012. Click HERE to see a copy of our letter of 6 September 2016

Since our last update HERE we have sought legal advice on behalf of transferred Home Care staff and believe the company is required to pay at least the increase provided for under the Fair Work Commission Annual Wage Review 2015-2016 decision.

Having now discussed this with the Australian Unity, we are confident that salary increases will be paid shortly and we expect further productive discussions on future increases in the coming months.
