Many of you would have seen that Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is reviewing the risk assessment framework that informed its controls and COVIDSafe Measures Policy.

In consulting with employees, TfNSW is gathering feedback through an anonymous survey or through your Health and Safety Representatives/WHS Committee. You can complete the survey HERE.

TfNSW will also be meeting with WHS Committees to consult on the risk matrix and, where requested, with union delegates. Where required, TfNSW will also separately meet with the union and delegates.

Consultation was set to close on 19 June, it has been extended until 24 June 2022.

Once this is complete TfNSW will consult with the unions and employees on any changes to policy.
