It was with much sadness that we at Service NSW last week learned of the passing of our colleague, friend and PSA member, Courtney Stark.

Courtney started at Rockdale Service NSW Centre, before progressing into the position of Driver Testing Officer in the largest and busiest Driver Testing Service Centre in the state, Silverwater.

Whilst Silverwater is considered one of the most challenging centres for Driver Testers within the network, that never seemed to phase Courtney. Her jovial and selfless nature with colleagues and customers alike always kept their spirits high even at the hardest, most difficult of times.

In recent months due to pregnancy with her second child, Courtney came off the road and moved into a position working from home with DCS Better Regulation Division. A position in which she planned to stay until the arrival of the new baby in April 2022.

Sadly, this wasn’t to be, Courtney 29, passed peacefully at home, leaving behind her loving husband Mitchell, and beautiful daughter Hailey 4yrs.

May you rest in peace Courtney.
